In a seismic shift, Mars leaves stodgy Taurus and charges into Gemini. Gemini Mars is very reckless with little details like the truth, preferring ham-fisted propaganda and outright lies instead. Usually the War God Planet spends roughly six weeks in each sign. This year it will march through Gemini for a whopping 7 months and 5 days due in part to a hellacious two month retrograde, beginning Halloween, October 31st. So, Mars is in Gemini now and we will all need to get comfy with him there, because he doesn't leave until September 5, 2024. We must brace for intense and confrontational modes of communication, when words will be especially weaponized. Indeed, the ancients called Mars the Knife because it can be so cutting. Expect confrontational and heated exchanges over the next few weeks ... online, over dinner tables, at work, on public transportation (basically wherever other people are). While Gemini deals with conversation, typically of a more airy nature, the Warmonger Planet is going to make pleasant discourse far less breezy. On the global or political level, Mars-in-Gemini will manifest in cyber attacks, data breaches, hacking into emails ... again forms of violence related to communication.
